The software patch is now deployed. If you are experiencing the issue, closed down the client and start it again. This will trigger a download for the new software patch.
The software patch is taking more time then expected. New ETA is 2019-05-17 09:45.
Alarms raised investigation ongoing
There is currently an intermittent problem with the installed Flowapp-Client. The user may experience that when placing outgoing calls the client will display a white screen and the outgoing call will not be placed.
Telavox development team are currently rolling out a patch that will mitigate this issue.
As a user you will need to restart the client to get the new software patch.
