FlowApp - Intermittent problem incoming and outgoing calls

There is currently an intermittent problem using our Webapp softphone, Users may experience problems making and recieving calls via the application.

Troubleshooting is in progress.

Telavox is getting reports of mobile data not working from customers across Sweden. The problem seem to be on all mobile networks 2G/3G/4G.


We are awaiting status from our mobile subcontractor and will update the disturbance information as soon as we get a report back.

We got a confirmation back from our mobile subcontractor. They inform that a core router is down at their end. They inform that a task force is established and they are currently working on getting it back up as soon as possible. We will update with more information as this is provided from our subcontractor.
